What photos work best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face and body are clearly visible. Photos with people are not accepted; we only work with pets.
How long does a video take?
Usually a couple of minutes. You can leave the page and find the result in My videos.
What happens if a video fails?
You are not charged. Any credits used are returned automatically and we tell you what happened.
Who can see my videos?
Only you. Everything is private by default, and you can delete any video or your entire account whenever you like.
